On arrival at London Bridge on Monday 16 June people were discovering that the pedestrian tunnels under the railway lines from the end of the ramps from the platforms heading towards London Bridge Walk had been closed over the weekend. If you wanted to access London Bridge Walk you now have to turn left and exit the station through a new line of ticket gates.

There was very little in the way of signs or information about this change which resulted in a “traffic jam” of passengers backing up to the top of the platform exit ramps whilst people worked out where they now had to go to exit the station.
