Double Delay Repay for disruption on Tuesday 4 February

Southeastern are doubling the amount of Delay Repay compensation for passengers delayed by 15 minutes or more by the broken rail at New Cross on 4 February. This is in recognition of the amount of disruption involved.

Claims can be made online at https://delayrepay.southeasternrailway.co.uk/ . Claims must be made by 2 March.
