I wondered if you were aware of the recent problems with Car park 4 at Sevenoaks?
For the past few weeks this car park has been filling up very early (by 9 am) due presumably to the rebuilding of the Bradbourne Park Road car park. However since Monday 10 October this has become ridiculous with the car part full by 8am and regular season ticket holders unable to find any space. Indigo are having a field day issuing parking notices for illegally parked cars.
I have written to them but my query has only been “passed on”. I have suggested that they should at least allocate some spaces for permit holders until say 9.30 as the chances of getting any value for a season ticket are significantly reduced. There are no notices or signs to indicate that they are either aware or care about this!
@Pam
Thanks for this. We’d seen some reports about the car park being full by 0930, but 0800 is exceptional and unacceptable. We’ll pursue, but we do hope that you will come to the AGM next Thursday to make the point in person!
