Knockholt passengers want their parking back!

Delay Repay Claims; total 1 January 2016 to 30 June 2016 inclusive = £48.20.
Four claims outstanding one each against Southeastern and Southern and two against Thameslink.

Customer satisfaction with Southeastern drops even further
