Delay repay claims total, 1 January to 31 July inclusive, is £37.85 (two claims still outstanding).
In July I took two weeks leave from work but my journeys incurred 185 minutes of delay; these were as follows: –
Week of 7 July
60 minutes of lateness; 39 minutes on Friday 11 July
Week of 14 July
31 minutes of lateness accrued – 17 of these on Monday 14 July.
Week of 21 July
33 minutes of delay were experienced – all on Wednesday 23 July which the only day I travelled this week!
Week of 28 July
The worst week this month: 61 minutes of delays to my journeys, even though I only travel on two days this week. On both days there was a missed connection: 31 minutes delay on Monday 28 July and a further 30 minutes on Saturday 2 August.
