Bat & Ball station maintenance

Recently, at the ends of the platforms at Bat & Ball station some fences and gates, plus dragon’s teeth on the ground, have been installed to prevent people walking down the platform end ramps. However, this appears to be a job half done. On platform one, the south end has a fence/gate but no dragon’s teeth therefore nothing prevents access to the platform end ramp. The north end of this platform has nothing at all installed. Platform two has a fence/gate and dragon’s teeth installed at both ends of the platform. However, at the south end of the platform access to the track is still possible by just walking past the end of the fence!

At the end of January, I noticed that there was a new area of rotten wood on Bat & Ball footbridge. This was replaced and repainted before the end of February.
