SRTA calls for more line capacity and all 12-car peak hour trains

  • increased line capacity
  • all trains to be 12 cars in the peak
  • faster journey times
  • all day Thameslink services on the Maidstone East line
  • a new southeast London interchange
  • direct trains from Kent to Gatwick airport

Possible reduced daytime timetable Friday 30 October
