We get frequent complaints about the excessive complexity of ticket machines, leading to long queues at morning peak times and, at others, the risk of the unwary being over-charged for Travelcards.

After pressure from SRTA – it’s taken a long time we’re afraid – the machines have been re-programmed. We’ll be looking to see if there have been genuine improvements.
