A total of £122 worth of free travel on the TfL Oyster/contactless fare system is available over four Mondays in October.

Up to £30.50 of travel a day will be free on 3, 10, 17 & 24 October for passengers who use Android Pay and Mastercard on the Oyster/contactless system.

Customers can travel on bus, Tube, tram, DLR, Tfl Rail, London Overground and most National Rail services in London.

It also covers travel on the Emirates Air Line cable car and Thames Clippers River Bus Services, so it could make a  good day out on the river and the “Dangleway”.

Because we’re still waiting for Oyster to be extended to Sevenoaks, Dunton Green, and the Darenth Valley line stations it won’t cover journeys here – just as we have missed out on previous similar offers.

However there is something that cover Sevenoaks people as well. A parallel offer gives one free any-size Espresso, Caffè Latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Caffè Mocha, Flat White, Standard Hot Chocolate or Tea at Caffè Nero in Sevenoaks High Street (or anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales) on the same days. And you don’t even have to pay for a train to enjoy it!
