Network Rail: where even reporting an emergency costs more!

We have recently reported on Southeastern’s failure to implement the new Regulations outlawing expensive 0845 and premium numbers for customer service lines.  It turns out Network Rail also use expensive 0845 numbers – not only for customer service but also for emergencies.

Southeastern: where it costs you more, even to complain

It’s now over three months since expensive 0845 and premium numbers for customer service lines were outlawed.  Southeastern still hasn’t implemented the new law.  All the 21 other Train Operating Companies have done so.
