We’re within a fortnight of the introduction of the new timetable on 28 August 2016. However yet again printed copies of “Timetable Number 6 – London to: Bromley North, Orpington and Sevenoaks via Grove Park” are not available at Sevenoaks station – although other printed timetables are.
Timetable Number 6 is the most relevant timetable for Sevenoaks to London customers because it shows all the services, both “fast” and “slow”. Why is it that Southeastern cannot arrange for copies of this timetable to be available at Sevenoaks station in good time? – especially as copies of less useful timetables are already available there!
In the meantime the timetable can be viewed online as a PDF on the Southeastern website.
Southeastern are still quoting the illegal 57p per minute number for Train Tracker despite having being warned many times.
They are also failing to quote the mandatory price warning.
Why am I not surprised?
