That has resulted in some Hastings line commuters switching to the Uckfield line where fares are much lower: &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>Tunbridge Wells \u2013 London terminals:\u00a34,644<br \/>\nEridge \u2013 London terminals: \u00a33,000<\/p>\n<p>Southeastern have told us in the past that fares are no longer, as in the days of British Rail, determined just by distance.
